James Kent joined CyraCom in 2018. As Chief Financial and Operating Officer, James is responsible for CyraCom finances, treasury management, financial reporting, and company operations. James has over two decades of financial management experience in the public and private sectors, with a focus on developing policies and procedures to improve performance and productivity. Since joining CyraCom in 2018, James has implemented financial and human capital management software with better efficiencies, had a hand in CyraCom’s expansion by negotiating the funding for a new contact center in Guadalajara, and successfully executed a revolving line of credit to ensure adequate working capital for CyraCom in the coming years.
Prior to joining CyraCom, James held multiple finance positions of increasing seniority at Cannondale Bicycle Corporation, Clayton Services and Health Care Navigator in The Netherlands and United States. James graduated from GMIT, Ireland, with a national diploma in Accounting and Finance. In addition to his management accounting background, James is also a Certified Treasury Professional.
Best Ihegborow joined CyraCom in 2009. As Senior Vice President of Contact Center Operations, Best directs and oversees CyraCom’s strategic and tactical initiatives within the contact centers. Best manages the client services department and the entire employee interpreter workforce which operates on over 200,000 sq. feet of contact center space in Arizona, New Mexico, New York, Florida, and Texas. Additionally, Best manages the operation of the video interpretation service, which includes American Sign Language interpretation. Since joining CyraCom, Best has implemented call center best practices such as workforce management methodologies.
Best has over twenty-five years of experience in operational management, where he has led high performing outbound sales and inbound customer support teams. Prior to joining CyraCom, Best worked for West Corporation, where he served as the Call Center Operations Manager for multiple Fortune 500 customers. Best holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Texas – El Paso.
Robyn Suminski is CyraCom’s Vice President of Account Operations. Robyn leads the national account management team and provides them support and guidance in areas of client satisfaction and client retention, enhancing language service programs, and providing innovative, best practice recommendations. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, Robyn collaborates with internal departments at CyraCom to enhance processes and ensure open lines of communication.
Robyn began her career at CyraCom in 2006 as an Implementation Specialist and traveled every week to hospitals across the country to help build and enhance their language services programs. This experience provided a strong foundation for building and maintaining client relationships and for learning company and client best practices. Robyn moved into account management in 2007 where she managed and grew a large book of business in the Northeast. She joined the management team in 2015 and was promoted to her current position in 2019.
Robyn has BA in Organizational Communication from Fairfield University and an Ed.M. in Foreign Language Education from Rutgers University.
